Cancellation / Return /Warranty Policy

1. 1. Cancellation cannot be done once the order is shipped. When the order lies between the order acceptance and ready for shipment, you can cancel the order.
   2. Products once delivered cannot be taken back
   3. If you found any damages in the product while receiving, the same has to be intimated through mail or messages to our customer care. This will ensure us to make the product replacement in time.
   4. In case of transit damages received, we will make arrangements to deliver the product replacement within the next 15 working days.
   5. For Warranty Claim, you can reach our customer care through mail and phone to log and get the issues sorted out.
   6. While Cancellation of order is accepted, the payment will be reverted to the card/account within 3 to 5 working days.
